price as compared to our standard plans. From these resources,
you can configure your own hosting plans with their own quotas
and
prices. Then, these plans can be sold to your customers. This is
an anonymous service, so to your customers it will appear as
if
you are the host and they will never see VrDynamix
name in association with the services you are offering to
them.
Reseller service

Your customers will each have their own H-Sphere
control panel which you can customize with your own logo and
color scheme.

Your customers each have their own home directory
and FTP account, along with the ability to host multiple domains
within a single account should you choose to configure your plans
in that fashion.

You are provided with your own branded nameservers
so that your customers will use ns1.yourdomain.com and
ns2.yourdomain.com to point their domains to your reseller
service.

You are provided with a reseller control panel
which allows you to manage all aspects of your hosting service
through one interface. You can view and modify settings for all
your customers and plans, work with billing, and provide support
to your customers through this interface.

Complete billing software is included, which
allows you to keep track of what your customers owe, their
payments, and if you sign up with a credit card processor your
customers’ recurring payments will happen automatically with no
intervention from you.

Complete support ticket system is included, which
allows you to view and answer requests from your customers, view
ticket history, and even set up multiple tech support
representatives who can each answer tickets and assign tickets to
other reps.
